Georgina joined Kindrik Partners in 2018, after 7 years at a publicly listed software company. She specialises in commercial, corporate, ICT and consumer matters.
She has negotiated and drafted a wide range of commercial and tech contracts, including software licensing and data sharing agreements, various e-commerce contracts, and reseller and distribution agreements. Her in-house background means that Georgina enjoys working closely with clients to fully understand their business needs and strategic goals. She provides clear, practical advice and assesses commercial risk while looking for creative solutions to problems.
Her recent work includes:
- drafting and negotiating data supply and licence agreements for an Australian subsidiary’s commercial venture with the Australian government, the insurance sector, and consumers
- advising a leading tech company on its creation of a new company with tech entrepreneurs to launch a disruptive platform, and strategic advice to the new entity’s board to manage legal risks
